The SWEEDU team or its services never accept any liabilities for damage, loss, or legal cost of the users by using these services.
Refunds Terms and Conditions
The refund on SWEEDU School Management Software will be processed within 15 to 20 business days.
It will be transferred to the customer’s bank account only after receiving all the required information to process the refund. No cash refund requests will be entertained.
Refunds will be processed only if the request is made within a month of purchase. After 1 (one) month, no refunds will be made.
The decision of refunding the cost will be made solely by the SWEEDU (Webmedia Experts LLC) management based on the refund request and its authenticity.
20% of the total cost will be deducted from the refund amount depending on how much service and support is already given to the client.
If the buyer wishes us to add any data entries to the school’s database in the SWEEDU school management software, additional service costs will be charged for it.
Hardware bought from SWEEDU can only be exchanged.
If any hardware problem arises, our team will connect with you to resolve it. If the problem isn’t resolved, only then we will exchange the product.
Domain/server purchased for websites is 100% refundable.
Website development costs are partially refundable based on how much work has already been done.
