Key Terms for Payment

  • You can use payment methods like a debit card, Credit card, or Net banking to purchase SWEEDU School Management License. Please check beforehand if any transaction charges are applicable on usage of these payment methods.
  • Make sure that the information you have given or going to provide is accurate and correct to your best knowledge.
  • SWEEDU does not provide any warranty or guarantee to any user for using third-party payment services or applications.
  • The SWEEDU team or its services never accept any liabilities for damage, loss, or legal cost of the users by using these services.

Refunds Terms and Conditions

  • The refund on SWEEDU School Management Software will be processed within 15 to 20 business days.
  • It will be transferred to the customer’s bank account only after receiving all the required information to process the refund. No cash refund requests will be entertained.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the request is made within a month of purchase. After 1 (one) month, no refunds will be made.
  • The decision of refunding the cost will be made solely by the SWEEDU (Webmedia Experts LLC) management based on the refund request and its authenticity.
  • 30% of the total cost will be deducted from the refund amount depending on how much service and support is already given to the client.
  • If the buyer wishes us to add any data entries to the school’s database in the SWEEDU school management software, additional service costs will be charged for it.
  • Domain/server purchased for websites is 100% non- refundable.
  • Website development costs are partially refundable based on how much work has already been done.

Hardware Exchange Policy

  • Replacement warranty on UHF RFID Gate Scanner and Biometric Machines till 6 months from the purchase date.
  • Physical damage not covered under warranty.
  • Courier, packaging, and insurance charges will be applicable as per distance from Vadodara, India.
  • Goods once sold cannot be returned back.
  • If any hardware problem arises, our team will connect with you to resolve it. If the problem isn’t resolved, only then we will exchange the product.
